A: Performed the same as a full service but does not include shampoo and style.

Q: What is an express specialty curly cut?

A: Please arrive with your hair in its natural style with minimal product if possible. 

Q: How should i prepare my hair for my curly cut?

A: The first appointment may take up to 90 mins. Please come with clean, dry hair with minimal product as possible. The curly cut is performed on dry hair and without brushing. Shampoo and conditioning comes after the cut and styling product knowledge will be shared. Your hair will be dried using the diffuser or sitting under the chair dryer or both depending on your hair length and desired style.

Q: What should i expect for my first specialty curly cut?

A: Yes. Stylist wages are by appointment only. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If you miss or are unable to keep your appointment, you may be charged 50% or your service total on your next appointment. 

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

A: For consideration of other Salon Guests and Stylists work space, we discourage bringing children into the salon unless they are receiving services. This is for the safety of the children and others present on the the salon floor due to hot wax, shears, and chemicals being used at any given time. 

Q: Can I bring my children to my appointment?

A: We recommend at least three (3) weeks in advance. We are consistently booked. For re-bookings, it is best to make a minimum of four (4) future appointments, but we do accept up to 12 future appointments.

Q: how far in advance should i make my appointments?

A: Yes, we do. However, friends or family will not be allowed to accompany bride if they are not receiving services. 

Q: Do you offer Bride ONly Services?

A: We like to work with a blank canvas, so make sure to have a clean face and clean and dry hair. 

Q: How do I prepare my hair and skin for my appointment?

A: Yes, we reuqire at least four (4) services to be booke when you secure your date. 

Q: Is there a minimum of services to reserve my day?

A: We do not offer mobile or on-location services at this time.

Q: Do you provide on-site services?

A: Consultations are always free up to 15 minutes with the stylist. 

Q: is there a fee or charge for consultation?

A: If you need to cancel due to state/county mandate, your deposit will be refunded or can be applied to future date if Salon Forte is available. 

Q: is there a cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A: To secure Salon Forte for wedding day hair and makeup or headshot and special photography hair and makeup, you will need to schedule a consultation or trial. After the consultation, a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract will be required to secure your date.
